Q. Do you have Free Parking available?

A. M Boutique Hotel guests can park their car right in front of the hotel for free all day and all night but parking places are limited. However, there is an abundance of places to park around the hotel that are free from 6pm at night to 8am in the morning.

Q. Are Pets welome in M Boutique Hotel?

A. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the Hotel.

Q. Is smoking allowed inside the Hotel?

A. M Boutique Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas outside. There will be a $250 fee for smoking in the guestrooms and inside the Hotel.

Q. Do you have Internet Access?

A. We have FREE Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. You will receive all the information you need to obtain access to the Wi-Fi upon your arrival.

Q. Do you offer breakfast?

A. All our Rooms are equipped with kitchenette you can use to prepare breakfast, Electric Kettles with coffee and sugar provided as well as a microwave and convection oven. There is a Supermarket located 3 min walking distance from the Hotel where you can do all your grocery shopping. Also, there are different restaurants where you can have breakfast around the Hotel.

Q. What do I need to do to checkin into the Hotel?

A. Upon check-in, you will be required to provide a valid picture ID and a major credit card. A valid credit card must be presented at Check-In.

Q. What time are the Checkin and Checkout?

A. Check-In time is 3PM. However you may process your check-in upon arrival and store your luggage at the Front Desk until your room is ready. Rooms are guaranteed to be ready after 3 pm. Early Check-In is by request only and not guaranteed.
Check-Out time is 11AM. Late Check-Out must be coordinated with the hotel management if it is available. Late check-out charge is determined by daily rate.

Q. Why are we receiving Access Codes?

A. M Boutique Hotel is a private self check-in / self check-out facility. Via email, phone call or text messages, we are providing our Guests with the entrance codes they need to access to the Hotel and to their Room 7 days before their arrivals. Our guests just have to confirm their receipt of these codes in order to activate them.
Being keyless is a service M Boutique Hotel is providing to its Guests. They don’t have to worry about their keys whenever they decide to go running, shopping or go to the Beach.

Q. What is the minimum age requirement at checkin?

A. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into the hotel. Exception can be requested at the Management at reservation@mboutiquehotel.com.

Q. Until what age does a Child stay for Free?

All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge in a crib and have to be requested in advance All children under 12 years are charged USD 25 per night for extra beds. Any additional older children or adults are charged USD 50 per night for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.


Q. What is your Cancellation Policy?

A. Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to arrival to avoid being charged the full of the reservation. A deposit equal to the first night of the stay is required at the time of the booking. This deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 15 days before arrival. The Full booking balance must be paid 15 days before arrival. A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room. All Miami resorts require a one day deposit at time of booking. Special event periods may require an actual deposit depending on the time of booking and will be stated during the booking process. Extraordinary circumstances may apply. Q. What other fees may apply?

A. These are common fees guests inquire about:
Additional Guests: any additional guests 18 years and older and charged $25 per person per night when using existing bed. $50 per night to add an air mattress. There is no capacity to add extra beds to the rooms.
Security Deposit: we do not charge a security.
The price you see online is the price you will pay. You will not incur any additional fee at the Hotel.


Q. Is it possible to send packages to the Hotel prior to Arrival?

A. Up to three (3) packages ordered online may be sent prior to arrival for free. A $4.00 fee will be charged per box received, if you exceed three (3) packages. Any box weighing more than 20 pounds will be an additional $4 charge.

Q. Do you have luggage storage available?

A. Luggage storage is available to the guests of the hotel through the Front Desk at no charge. Luggage can be held at the hotel during your stay for up to 24 hours. The hotel is not responsible for luggage stored after 24 hours.

Q. Where can I print a boarding pass?

A. We will gladly print it for you. Please send it to us via email at reservation@mboutiquehotel.com the day before your departure with the subject “PRINT – Room #”

Q. How can I make dinner reservation?

A. We recommend that you ask the front desk to assist you with restaurant recommendations and reservations. They will be more than happy to assist you. Also, a map of the neighborhood located in your Room will give you our recommendations within walking distance.

Q. Do you have a safe in the Room?

A. We will gladly provide you for free with a safe to put in your Room. Please make the request at the Front Desk at the time of your check-in.

Q. Can I order Flowers?

Q. What activities do you recommend for Children?

A. Just a few miles away, families can hop over to Watson Island and visit our two favorite attractions, Jungle Island and The Children’s Museum. Children usually also love to visit Miami Seaquarium.


Q. How far is the Airport from the Hotel?

A. The Hotel is approximately 20 minutes from Miami International Airport and 40 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.

Q. What is the easiest way to get to the Hotel from the Airport?

A. The best way to get to and from the airport is via taxi. Yellow cabs are available outside both Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport. From MIA airport, it is a flat fee of $38/40. From FLL airport, it will cost around $60/$70. Uber can normally pick up you up at the airport in designated areas.

Q. Do you have an Airport Shuttle?

A. We do not have a hotel shuttle. You can visit MIA airport website or FLL airport website to make reservations. We recommend using goairportshuttle.com. It will cost you about $25/person from MIA Miami International Airport. We can schedule a private pickup for $50 any numbers of passengers for you. Please email us at info@mboutiquehotel.com

Q. Can I walk to Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive?

A. Our Hotel is located north of Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. There are 2 Bus Station right in front of the Hotel that goes to Lincoln Road: Bus L and 120. The daily rate $2.25. It takes about 10/15 min depending on traffic. The City of Miami Beach also has a Free Trolley that will take you there.

Q. What is the best place to go Shopping in the Area?

A. We are just 10min away from shopping on Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue located in South Beach. The Shops at Bal Harbour, Aventura Mall and Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall are also popular South Florida shopping destinations.


When will the Hotel Reopen?

The Hotel will be reopening its door June 1st 2020. We are working hard to have our Boutique Hotel ready for your next travel adventures. We are putting together detailed cleaning and security instructions for when we are ready to open and welcome you.
